1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the 123 gio platform and its users. 123 gio is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform.

These terms apply to the website, mobile application, and all digital services offered by 123 gio. Terms may be updated from time to time, so we recommend reviewing them regularly.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering at 123 gio. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Full name, date of birth, accurate address, and an active mobile number are required at registration.

• Multiple members of the same household sharing a device may not operate separate accounts.

3 Age Verification & KYC

123 gio is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Date of birth must be entered accurately at registration. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to open an account.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Required documents include:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.

4 Deposit Policy

123 gio accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. There are no additional fees on any deposit, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit via Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket: ৳50,000.
• Maximum single deposit via bank transfer: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC must be completed before withdrawing, and withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Mobile Banking Withdrawal: Typically processed within 24 hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: 1–3 business days.
• Additional verification may be required on your first withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn separately—it will be credited to your main balance once wagering is complete.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirement: After receiving a bonus, you must place a specified amount in bets (typically 3x–5x the bonus amount). Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this condition is met.

• Participation in any promotion is voluntary. If you do not wish to claim a bonus, you may skip it at the time of deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

7 Betting Rules

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final. If a bet is placed at different odds due to a system delay or network issue, 123 gio will review the situation and make a final decision.

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, single bets will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, the result will be determined based on the portion of play completed.
• In the event of any dispute over scorecards or results, 123 gio will rely on information from official sources.
• 123 gio reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a system error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123 gio. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal funds from illegal sources.
• Match Fixing: Placing or facilitating bets on outcomes that are already known.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Abuse: Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other members.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

123 gio may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or engagement in suspicious activity.
• Discrepancies or false information provided during KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request or for responsible gaming reasons.

Members will be notified before an account is closed (except in urgent cases). Any valid balance will be refunded through the standard process.

10 Responsible Gaming
